Special Event Station N8P | During the Summer of 2007, BARA members put the St. Joseph MI lighthouses on the air with special event call sign "N8P".

BARA High-Altitude Balloon | In
August 2008, BARA launched it's first High Altitude Balloon from Eau
Claire, Michigan. It is estimated that the balloon reached a
maximum altitude of 80,000 feet.
Oct 17, 2009, BARA launched it's second High Altitude Balloon from Eau. Claire. It reached 80,709 feet. Here's more information.
