The June BARA meeting will feature a presentation by Midwest Energy Cooperative featuring their Electrical Safety Program. The Hot Line Demonstration features a trailer setup including poles and power lines that carry 7200 volts of electricity.
This will be an outdoor presentation so bring a lawn chair and dress appropriately. The BARA business meeting will be after the presentation.

Monthly Ham Breakfast will be June 27 at Hoppers Family Restaurant in Berrien Springs at 8:30 am. This is our now traditional Pre-Field Day breakfast.  Hoppers is located 9675 Old US 31 just south of Berrien Springs near the dam.

FIELD DAY 2015 - It's almost here. The location is the same as the last few years at the Oronoko Police/Fire complex on Snow Road just west of Berrien Springs. Take US31 exit 13 and go east about 1 mile and the FD site will be on your left. Look for the signs. Setup will be starting at 6 pm on Friday, June 26. FD operations begin on Saturday June 27 at 1 pm and continue for 24 hours. All are welcome to come.

Status of 146.220/146.820 Repeater System: Work on the site is on-going. At this time the repeater is functioning with reduced coverage due to using an alternate antenna. Thanks for your patience while we get things straightened out and working again.
