February 26, 2010 FEBRUARY 27 AT 8:30 am is the monthly Ham Breakfast. This month we meet at Hopper's in Berrien Springs. That day is also the LaPorte Cabin Fever Hamfest. Many will be traveling to LaPorte right after breakfast to attend. DEADLINE MARCH 1 - If you have not renewed your membership by March 1, then your name will be removed from the membership roster. We don't want to do that, and hope you don't either. Thanks to all who have already renewed their memberships. Your continued support is very much appreciated. Next BARA Meeting is March 18 - An operators discussion of the six meter band, our lowest frequency VHF ham band. Tom Turner, K8VBL (the "veeble signal from Watervliet"), will discuss operating techniques, propagation, equipment and what to expect from the band. Get set for spring sporadic E propagation.
